Dining (and Wining) at The Union Station Nashville Yards in Downtown Music City, USA
We’re proud to call two stellar establishments part of our amenities here at The Union Station Nashville Yards: Stationary and ERGO.
These restaurants and lounges add all the more appeal to our hotel, which also offers Gilded Age architecture, luxury boutique accommodations via bespoke rooms and suites, and regular on-site events such as whiskey tastings. Stationairy and ERGO cater not only to our overnight guests but also any and all visiting gourmets and epicureans.
Stationairy Restaurants at The Union Station Nashville Yards
The historic grandeur of The Union Station Nashville Yards is well on display in our bistro-style restaurant Stationairy, with its soaring 22-foot ceilings, original granite walls, and arched, floor-to-table windows flooding in natural light and offering sightlines out over the hustle and bustle of Broadway.
That environment and ambience alone would be reasons enough to dine at Stationairy. The star of the show here, though, is a finely crafted menu of Modern American Cuisine. Whether you enjoy it for brunch, lunch, or dinner—or, hey, all of the above—the gastronomic experience at Stationairy is definitely worth writing home about!
The Stationairy menu is not a static, set-in-stone affair, regularly unveiling new offerings that reflect seasonal flavors and fresh chef inspiration. But we can certainly gesture at the high level and pleasing variety of the fare here based on the current lineup of dishes.
Take a leisurely lunch at Stationairy, for instance. It might start off with Crispy Brussels Sprouts spiked with cotija cheese and chef’s spiced local honey, a Baby Gem Salad, or perhaps the restaurant’s Tennessee Board, a meticulously selected smorgasbord of charcuterie, pecans, regional cheese, and Cranberry Pumpkin Seed Crisp. Such appetizers ease the way into soul-satisfying main plates such as the Charbroiled Cheddar Burger, Union Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and a mean take on Fish & Chips.
Meanwhile, a dinner at Stationairy—flying solo, shared with family or friends, or anchoring a pitch-perfect romantic date night—holds its own with any in Nashville. A first course of, say, Duck Confit Flatbread , Rock Shrimp Hush Puppies, or Coal-fired Corn on the Cob sets the stage for exquisite entrées: Line-Caught Halibut, Bucksnort Trout, 48-Hour Slow-Cooked Prime Short Rib, the Union Station Smoke Stack Chicken, and more.
Among the more extravagant dishes at Stationairy is the Conductor’s Experience, which combines such delicacies as Wagyu brisket burger, Tennessee mushrooms, garlic butter brioche, and filthy fries with a flight of rare Volunteer State whiskeys. This is a must-try, needless to say!
Throw in brunch delights such as breakfast sandwiches and pancakes, scrumptious desserts such as Duck-Fat Caramel Beignet and Asian Pear Crostata, and a bar’s worth of pairing-ready libations, and you’re off to the races at Stationairy!
Small Plates, Cocktails, and Live Tunes at The Union Station’s ERGO
A curated selection of small plates and a bevy of beverages—including specialty cocktails such as Riff on the Rails, Two Mezcal or Not, and Pretty in Pisco—await you at ERGO, our lobby bar and eatery serving as our very own Music City nightlife destination.
ERGO is the perfect place to gather with friends or wind down a lively evening out on the town with a nightcap, backdropped by our magnificent Union Station lobby. Besides the fabulous drinks and such bites as Drunk Mussels, Union Station Meatballs, and Crispy Brussels Sprouts, you get to enjoy live music each evening at ERGO courtesy of some fine local performers.
